In order to accommodate your collaborators, we provide 6 lodges with a total capacity of 76 beds.

We provide you a large reception room that allows to accommodate 150 persons.
The room is furnished to make easier the organisation of your events: courses, business seminar, workshops..
All our cottages and the reception room are full feet and some provide also a disabled access.
Set up in a 5 hectares land, you will be able to enjoy the nature and the friendliness of this place.
360m2 included 270m2 dedicated to reception.

Depending on the configurations, it can accomodate:
- Up to 150 persons seated with a space to stand.
- up to 160 for a conference and a diner.
At the property entrance, a illuminated parking with a CCTV is here for your own safety.

To make your stay easier, we provide 6 warmth, modern and pleasant cottages from 5 to 25 persons, allowing to accommodate in total 76 persons.

How to access the propriety
By car:
- 1 hour from Paris: Take the highway A13 until the exit 16 Vernon
- 45 minutes from Rouen
In the roundabout, take the direction Houlbeck-Cocherel at the left hand side. Follow straight. At the stop sign turn right in direction of Chambray. After the post-office turn left in direction of Fontaine sous Jouy. Arrived at the town hall, follow the direction of Evreux and at the top of the valley. Arrived at the place called “Les Oriots”, turn left towards the forest (towards the Ronce land).
By train:
- Departure from the train station Paris Saint Lazare and stop at Gare d’Evreux. About 15 minutes from the lodges.
We organise car sharing from Evreux station depending on the train timetable that we will indicate you.
For those whose going to get you at Evreux station: from the station, take the direction of the industrial zone Nétreville, follow Fauville, Huest and Fontaine Sous Jouy les Oriots.
