Come to enjoy the calm and the charm of the Valley in our 5 hectares land, bordered by a 150 hectares forest, an heaven of greenery to set up one of your most beautiful day of your life.
In order to accommodate your guests, we provide as well 6 cottages with a 76 bedding capacity.

We provide you a large 200m2 reception room allowing to gather up to 150 people.
The room is fully furnished to facilitate the organization of different events: weddings, professional seminars, baptism, birthday parties…
The reception room is full feet and offer disabled access.
At the entrance of the site, there is an illuminated parking with a CCTV system for you own safety.

How to access the propriety
By car:
- 1 hour from Paris: Take the highway A13 until the exit 16 Vernon
- 45 minutes from Rouen
In the roundabout, take the direction Houlbeck-Cocherel at the left hand side. Follow straight. At the stop sign turn right in direction of Chambray. After the post-office turn left in direction of Fontaine sous Jouy. Arrived at the town hall, follow the direction of Evreux and at the top of the valley. Arrived at the place called “Les Oriots”, turn left towards the forest (towards the Ronce land).
By train:
- Departure from the train station Paris Saint Lazare and stop at Gare d’Evreux. About 15 minutes from the lodges.
We organise car sharing from Evreux station depending on the train timetable that we will indicate you.
For those whose going to get you at Evreux station: from the station, take the direction of the industrial zone Nétreville, follow Fauville, Huest and Fontaine Sous Jouy les Oriots.
