All our prices per person are indicated for a full lodge.
20% more during bank holiday weekends: Easter, Pentecost Day, Ascension Day, 1st of May, 8th of May, Christmas and New Year.
Included: Wifi, activities (petanques and various outdoor games), outdoor parking and 8kw / night are supported per cottage and per night.
Not included: Rental + cleaning service + tourist tax. Electricity: rate in force according to the supplier’s price (meter taking on arrival and departure from the cottages and the reception room)

Règlement
Our conditions
- Arrivals from 6pm.
- Arrivals after 9pm need to be reported and accepted by the manager.
- Animals are not allowed on the property
- No outside noise nuisance from 10pm.
- The service “a week” is only for one weekend
- Additional persons must be reported to the landlord and will be charged 25€.
- The official tenants must informed and get the permit for all additional persons not sleeping on the property.
- As a matter of safety and responsibility, the violation of this rule can lead to an expulsion.
- The violation of the rules can lead to and expulsion and a no-refund of all the tenants.
Advance payment
An advance payment will be ask during booking, it represents 25% of the total price. The approval is conclusif only this advance payment received.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation, the advance payment will be settled to the landlord. The rest of the total amount can be given back if asked 30 days before the due day of the entrance.
Deposit
A deposit will be asked during the handing over keys.
This deposit can be by cash or cheque (no cashed)
